A variety of metals such as sterling silver, gold-filled, rose gold, copper, brass, and aluminum are often used in my creations. Each personalized piece is created by hand, by me, one letter at a time, here in my home studio over the watchful eye of my Frenchie puppy Stella.

Up to $100 insurance is only $1.00 (the provider is absolutely WONDERFUL with quick and painless refunds when appropriate)
Priority Mail comes with tracking and up to $100 insurance through USPS.

Custom and personalized orders
• Each letter is hand stamped by me, the depth of the letters, spacing and alignment may not always be perfect.
• Such imperfections should not be looked upon as flaws, but rather character traits of each hand made item.
Sizing details
• I cannot stress enough the importance of knowing your actual ring size.
• I would HIGHLY recommend being measured by a jeweler.
• If that isn't possible, I do carry little plastic ring sizers; here is the link to those:

Gift wrapping and packaging
• IF you are sending a gift, PLEASE do not forget to change the shipping address to the recipients.
• I cannot be held responsible for gifts sent to the wrong address, the labels are automatically generated to print what you have entered.
• PLEASE ♥ PLEASE ♥ PLEASE be SURE you have entered the correct information.
Care instructions
• Your handmade jewelry should ALWAYS be removed for hand sanitizing, hand washing, showering, swimming, cleaning, removing nail polish, etc.
• The oxidation process CAN be jeopardized if not taken care of properly.
• I cannot guarantee the blackened letters will stay that way.
• Minor scratches may appear, this will occur with any metal.
Custom Orders
• I LOVE custom orders, please contact me to discuss a custom item just for YOU!
Shipping
• PLEASE make sure you enter the correct address
• If an item is returned to me, you will be responsible for the shipping fee again to get the package where it needs to be.
•Tracking number (auto-sent to you when I print your shipping label) shows where the packages are (NOT always accurate)
• Your item will ship within 10 BUSINESS days, sometimes sooner...but no later than (unless I've contacted you)
• SMALL FLAT RATE box pricing includes $100 worth of insurance.
• Notify within 5 business days if you DO NOT receive the pkg.
• And last, but most definitely not least, I cannot stress enough the value behind the insurance offered. It is just $1 for up to $100. The provider is EXCELLENT in giving quick and painless refunds.
International orders
• I cannot be held responsible for the delivery times of any internationally shipped packages.
• The buyer is responsible for any additional "duty" charges VAT fees or import tax that may occur once reaching your country.
• The international shipping fee most often reflects the price for shipping STERLING SILVER- If the item you are purchasing is NOT sterling silver PLEASE contact me for a shipping fee.

Usually 7-10 business days- sometimes sooner, never more than!
